Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or fully refund you at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are arranged directly with you.
